For our digital marketing services (including SEO, social media management, and advertising campaigns), payments are for the time, effort, and expertise invested in strategy, setup, and execution. These resources are allocated upon commencement of the service, and therefore, payments are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We do not provide refunds except in cases of accidental duplicate purchases. If you have been charged twice for the same product, please contact our support team with proof of purchase, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
